The critically acclaimed, bestselling novel from Gayle Forman, author of Where She Went, Just One Day, and the forthcoming Just One Year.

On a day that started like any other,

Mia had everything: a loving family, a gorgeous, admiring boyfriend, and a bright future full of music and full of choices. In an instant, almost all of that is taken from her. Caught between life and death, between a happy past and an unknowable future, Mia spends one critical day contemplating the only decision she has left. It is the most important decision she'll ever make.

Simultaneously tragic and hopeful, this is a romantic, riveting, and ultimately uplifting story about memory, music, living, dying, loving. (Goodreads)
Seriously this book was so good! Definitely not a light hearted read, its very very sad but also beautiful. I honestly don't know what I would do if I were put in Mia's situation. She suffered so much loss in such a short period of time and was left literally with a life or death decision. I was back and forth for the whole book on whether she was going to decide to stay or go. I really enjoyed the characters in this book, Mia's family was amazing. I also really enjoyed how the story flips back and forth between past and present, I think it added a lot of depth to the book.

Overall I really enjoyed this book and I definitely recommend it, but be warned its a sad one!!

5/5 Albi Cats
